This Spring, the Brillant comes in Cuir Oeillet, a white Box Calf leather with pink petals and a painterly touch created using the complex process of serigraphy.

THE SALZBURG SPIRITThe Paris-Salzburg collection has brought Austria to New York.
Within the immense hall of the Park Avenue Armory, the staging created for the occasion reinterprets the gold, marble and woodwork of Schloss Leopoldskron to create a modern version of it.
Guests are welcomed within five successive monochromatic salons to discover the collection inspired by the traditional Austrian wardrobe and savoir-faire.

Richemont announces that it has entered into a binding, conditional agreement to merge the operations of its subsidiary, The Net-A-Porter Group, with YOOX S.p.A. (“YOOX” or “YOOX Group”) in an all-share transaction. YOOX Group is the global Internet retailing partner for leading fashion brands, which has established itself amongst the market leaders with the multi-brand online stores yoox.com, thecorner.com and shoescribe.com, as well as with numerous mono-brand online stores. The agreement is conditional upon the approval of YOOX shareholders at a meeting which it is expected to be held in June 2015. Ms Natalie Massenet, Founder and Executive Chairman of The Net-A-Porter Group, will serve as Executive Chairman and Mr Federico Marchetti, Founder and CEO of YOOX Group, will be CEO of the combined entity.
