With the holiday season upon us, Cubix, signature restaurant of The Fleming Hong Kong hotel, has developed an indulgent six-course ‘Cubix Christmas’ menu, and will play host to a New Year’s Eve party. Served during the evening on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the Cubix Christmas set-dinner menu, priced at HK$788* per person, features the ultimate ‘Surf and Turf’ main - Grilled Beef Tenderloin and Boston Lobster. And is preceded by dishes of Gravlax Salmon and dill; the chef’s special Cappuccino Chestnut soup, topped with truffle; and a serving of Roasted Turkey Breast & Ham with Stuffing. Christmas Pudding concludes the meal, bringing a sweet finale to gastronomists’ taste buds. On New Year’s Eve, even the most experienced foodies will be blown away by a special set-dinner of fresh Salade de Foie Gras; Cappuccino Green Pea soup with mint; anda beautiful Cod Fish dish with Beurre Blanc.
