Os jeans ecologicamente corretos, produzidos no Brasil, são
destaques na segunda edição do Première Brasil
A feira que acontece nos dias 21 e 22 de julho, traz as mais
recentes evoluções em tecidos, fios, fibras e acessórios da indústria têxtil
A grande novidade dessa edição é o lançamento de uma linha denim
ECOfriend que respeita o meio ambiente em todo seu ciclo produtivo. O projeto
da denovo®, expositora do Première Brasil, se baseia em três valores
fundamentais: Qualidade, Eficiência e Sustentabilidade. São eles que permeiam
todas atitudes e etapas do ciclo de transformação, da matéria-prima ao produto
final e as linhas que serão apresentadas no evento agregam valor aos produtos
finais.
O "JEANS 100% RECICLADO” da denovo® é um tecido de alta
qualidade que não necessita de lavagem industrial (em sua etapa final), isso
significa uma grande economia de água e energia. Sem essa etapa, também não
contempla a utilização de materiais tóxicos no tecido, que em muitos casos
provocam alergias e podem acabar em afluentes contaminando as águas dos rios e
lençóis freáticos.
O processo produtivo começa na logística reversa dos
resíduos, sejam tecidos provindos dos confeccionistas ou seja a garrafa PET ,
embalagem responsável por 30% dos resíduos sólidos coletados nos municípios
brasileiros, ou seja, a produção denovo® transforma o que é resíduo em produtos
de qualidade. Os produtos são tintos, e a etapa de tingimento é
eliminada, economizando água, energia, e os amaciantes usados são naturais.
No "JEANS 100% RECICLADO”, a vantagem é ainda maior, pois
como a base do jeans é composta de retalhos de outros jeans de qualidade, não é
usado tingimento e o jeans não é engomado, ou seja, não precisa de lavagem
