COLLECT, the leading international art fair for contemporary objects, returns for its twelfth anniversary to the Saatchi Gallery in 2015. The fair, presented by the Crafts Council, will run from 8-11 May 2015 and will present contemporary design works from some of the world’s leading craft makers and artists. Exhibitors will be bringing a selection of ceramics, glass, jewellery, precious metal, wood, textiles, stoneware and furniture. COLLLECT is pleased to announce significant and new additions to this year’s Fair; the first live presentation by the Lithuanian online gallery Art-Cart (Kuanas), Wales’ finest contemporary artists brought by Gallery Ten (Cardiff), Italian design gallery dedicated to the traditional arts and crafts Fatto ad Arte (Milan), Japans leading ARTCOURT GALLERY (Osaka) who will present three new artists who specialise in ceramics, metal and sculpture, Micheko Gallery’s (Munich) Japanese artists who have established a European and New York collector base respectively, Widell Projects (Stockholm) and renowned London Gallery The Cynthia Corbett Gallery (London). In notable company, they will be presented alongside returning exhibitors Adrian Sassoon, Contemporary Applied Arts, Joanna Bird, Katie Jones, Sarah Myerscough Gallery, Sladmore Gallery, The Gallery at London Glass Blowing and Yufuku Gallery. The Fair brings together a selection of 35 leading galleries from Europe (UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Norway, Lithuania and the Netherlands), Asia (Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea) and North America, representing the finest examples of contemporary objects by leading makers. It offers unrivalled opportunities for collectors and enthusiasts to meet international specialists from a diverse range of disciplines and to purchase some of the finest and newest works available in the current market.
