 We of Another Studio were very pleased to be asked to create bespoke pop-up paper range for the Soane Museum.Another Studio proposed a series of pop-up room scenes to help emphasise the eclectic mix of antiquities, artefacts and architectural ideas that make the museum so different and intriguing. The museum was formerly home to Sir John Soane who demolished, designed and rebuilt three houses to display his antique collections and works of art along side him living and working there. You can purchase the pop-up scenes from the museum.
The one-day event sees the streets of Soho closed off to traffic and replaced with artisan food stalls, designers, artists, muscians and entertainers showcasing the streets. Sunday 25th May 2014 | 11am - 7pm Dean Street & Bateman St, Soho, London W1  It's that time of year when we dust down and tidy up to meet you lovely people at the Cockpit Art Open Studios.This year we will be previewing our new range of homewares and will be selling a small collection of samples and offering discounts on gift items, so come down, have a glass of pimms, soak in the creative environment and grab yourself a bargain. 6th - 8th June | Fri 6-9pm | Sat-sun 11-6pm  We've been busy experimenting with new techniques and testing how far we can manipulate flat metal sheets into three dimensional designs. We're super excited about the methods we have developed and can't wait to show you the finished pieces and launch our new metallic collection. All will be revealed in the next two months but in the meantime, here's a little sneak preview. We will have samples on show at Open Studio and a very few advance production pieces available to purchase. by # Another Studio | |
