Her life's work is creating shoes of impeccable craftsmanship— silhouettes of feminine elegance that transform her deep love of nature into timeless fashion. She sees her shoes as sensual extensions of a woman's body, part of the continuing line of her form connecting her with the nature. Evoking what she calls the "attitude of seduction," Alexandra's passionate design vision follows elemental, elegant forms found in the nature and the human body. Inspired by what she feels, she strives to put the wonder and beauty of Mother Nature back into the lives—and onto the feet—of every woman. "I've always been fascinated adorn this part of the body. My tension to accentuate the beauty of female feet in a shoe is an amazing feeling. Each shoe conjuring memories of something special with aims to create shoes for heroines. When I´m designing shoes, it’s one of my biggest efforts to create something which would be interesting in design, very high-end and make women very comfortable. Alexandra Lavyl who has extensive experience in footwear and accessories, has previously worked two years at Pascucci shoe manufacturer in Marche, Italy who collaborate with high-profile houses in Italy, Russia and Canada. Today Alexandra lives and works both in Sweden and Italy. Alexandra studied in footwear designer at CERCAL in San Mauro Pascoli, Italy where it has been the ground for learning to such names as Giuseppe Zanotti and Sergio Rossi. With her first hand-made shoe Alexandra has been selected by ANCI MICAM Milano, Italy for the price of one of the best italians's creative talents "La scarpa Italiana" September 2009. After the studies in Italy, she taught making shoes at London College of Fashion, one of the world's leading colleges for footwear design that has been the ground for learning to such names as Jimmy Chooe and Rupert Sanderson. Her first hand-finished collection ‘The birth of the nude’ has been exhibited at the LCF gallery on Carnaby street in June 2009. The brand strives to create silhouettes that accentuate femininity and become powerful instruments in the modern art of seduction. Objects of desire perfectly balanced components, essential lines with high quality materials. Craftsmanship is one of the main points.
