Cemitério da Consolação e a arte em eternizar a vida na morte

Na maior Metrópole do Brasil (São Paulo), entre modernos prédios e alguns ainda muito antigos, encontra-se uma das maiores artes a céu aberto na América Latina "O Cemitério da Consolação”.
Um enorme portão separa as ruas do Bairro da Consolação e o seu cotidiano moderno do templo dos mortos, ou do renascer da vida. O Cemitério é a emoção e o mistério fincado ao centro da capital paulista. Um lugar onde o silêncio faz repensar a vida e a morte; e onde se faz ter consciência do viver. Pela sua arte vemos que somos apenas pós da vida que preenchem esculturas divinas as quais apontam para o céu. Seria uma indicação que toda arte vem de cima e para lá devemos encaminhar nossas ideias, desejos, criações? Entre anjos, arcanjos, figuras emblemáticas, mausoléus, criptas, entre santos ou até mesmo seres estranhos, o Cemitério faz você esquecer tudo o que é certo e incerto. Um Museu que traduz a Fé e a tristeza numa só obra: o túmulo.
