O Prêmio, que está agora no seu segundo ano, tem um valor

The British
Fashion Council (BFC) announced that Christopher Kane is the winner of this
year's BFC / Vogue Fashion Designer Fund. The award, now in its second year,
has a great amount of money and gives access to mentors and directors of the
entire industry. It was created to further enhance the reputation of London's rising stars and
help the development of their businesses.
The BFC will develop a mentoring program customized and adapted specifically to
assist Christopher Kane in achieving the objectives of its economic activity
for the next 12 months.
Christopher Kane was chosen for this award based on a business plan and its
presentation in an interview to the jury. The presentation showed that
Christopher Kane Tammy has the determination to meet an ambitious plan, through
information and opportunities for brand development. Eight designers were
selected by a panel of representatives of the sponsors of the Fund. All
finalists were invited to present their collections and future plans for the
judges, representatives, sponsor of the fund and industry expert, chaired by
Alexandra Shulman, editor of British Vogue. All finalists will have access to
support-panel orientation directly or through Marigay McKee, director of
Harrods beauty and fashion, who will chair the panel for guidance.
Mark Christopher Kane was established in 2006 and is jointly owned by
Christopher and his sister Tammy is a collaborator. Christopher studied at
Central Saint Martins and won the 'New Designer of the Year' at the British Fashion
Awards in 2007. He also designs for the brand Versus (the second by Versace)
and his own name label is stocked in stores worldwide, including Barneys,
