This is in Brazil, his native country, that Lucas LEONARDI studied gastronomy.
He made his debut at the luxurious GOLF HOTEL, and then the famous BISTRO on Oscar Freire street in SÃO PAULO.
His curiosity and passion lead him to France, where
it will join the ranks of Chef Gregory BALLAND at "LA FORESTIERE” (4
Stars Relais & Chateaux) , the gourmet restaurant of hotel
Cazaudehore.
He spent some time at the SENDERENS (2 Stars),
Place de la Madeleine in PARIS, before entering the institution of the
"Cercle des Grandes Maisons Corsicans."
First at the restaurant in LA VILLA (5 Stars Relais
& Châteaux) in CALVI, then at the hotel's 4 Stars THE BELVEDERE
PORTO-VECCHIO, both Michelin-starred. Christopher Hotel’s young chef is open to the
world, always in search of new flavors. He finds his inspiration in
Brazil and South America, but also in Asia where he experienced cuisine
simple but rich in discoveries. At the CHRISTOPHER
HOTEL ST BARTH he shares his culinary journeys, while revisiting local
products. It offers fine dining and a mixed menu, executed with great
