A glimpse at Photo Vogue by Galleria Carla Sozzani

This second edition of "A glimpse at Photo Vogue" at Galleria Carla Sozzani is conceived as a natural evolution from last year’s project: therefore there will be exhibited 25 artists each with 4 images in order to allow a more in-depth acquaintance with their work. The photographers chosen are an evidence of the multi-faceted nature of Photo Vogue, a platform that since the very beginning, is open to all forms of photography, from reportage to still life, fashion and architecture: for instance, the poignant and contradictory portraits of Syrian women taking up a gun by the recently awarded World Press Photo winner Sebastiano Tomada Piccolomini sit side by side next to the dreamy and Victorian-inspired atmosphere of Paulina Otylie’s works, Kate Scott’s macro still life photographs, the fairy-tale world of Kirsty Mitchell, the lofty creations of Loreen Hinz, the elegant and rigorous architecture of Fabio Vittorelli to the street photography genre represented by Toru Tanaka, the unconventional portrayals of Billy Kidd and the conceptual ones by Anna di Prospero.  by Galleria Carla Sozzani | |
