Os jeans ecologicamente corretos, produzidos no Brasil, são destaques na segunda edição do Première Brasil

 

A feira que acontece nos dias 21 e 22 de julho, traz as mais recentes evoluções em tecidos, fios, fibras e acessórios da indústria têxtil

 

A grande novidade dessa edição é o lançamento de uma linha denim ECOfriend que respeita o meio ambiente em todo seu ciclo produtivo. O projeto da denovo®, expositora do Première Brasil, se baseia em três valores fundamentais: Qualidade, Eficiência e Sustentabilidade. São eles que permeiam todas atitudes e etapas do ciclo de transformação, da matéria-prima ao produto final e as linhas que serão apresentadas no evento agregam valor aos produtos finais.

 

O "JEANS 100% RECICLADO” da denovo® é um tecido de alta qualidade que não necessita de lavagem industrial (em sua etapa final), isso significa uma grande economia de água e energia. Sem essa etapa, também não contempla a utilização de materiais tóxicos no tecido, que em muitos casos provocam alergias e podem acabar em afluentes contaminando as águas dos rios e lençóis freáticos.

 

O processo produtivo começa na logística reversa dos resíduos, sejam tecidos provindos dos confeccionistas ou seja a garrafa PET , embalagem responsável por 30% dos resíduos sólidos coletados nos municípios brasileiros, ou seja, a produção denovo® transforma o que é resíduo em produtos de qualidade.   Os produtos são tintos, e a etapa de tingimento é eliminada, economizando água, energia, e os amaciantes usados são naturais.

PREMIERE BRAZIL reaches its second edition as a reference for the sector of textile industry in Latin America
Première Vision, the world leader in organizing events textiles, based in France, and Brazil Fagga events held the second edition of Premiere Brazil one of the main halls of the Latin American textile industry, in 21 and July 22, at the Transamerica Expo
Center in St. Paul.
The launch event of the collection Fall / Winter 2011 (fabrics, yarns, fibers and accessories) is a joint venture between Première Vision and Fagga Events, which has in its portfolio of 25 large national fairs. Also according to Brunel, the first Brazilian version of the event helped reinforce the perception on strengthening the market and the textile sector in Latin America, pointing to Brazil as a starting point for expansion.
Andreia Repsold, vice president of Fagga Events, celebrates the success of the January issue of Premiere Brazil and highlights the importance of an event of this size to include the country in the international calendar in the textile industry. According to data from ABIT (Brazilian Textile Industry Association), there are over 30,000 companies in the textile and apparel sectors, which generate about 8 million jobs, both direct and indirect.
The Association also points to Brazil among the top ten markets in the textile industry worldwide and among the top five producers of food preparation. With this, the Brazilian textile exports surpass imports for business growth.
