He is an entrepreneur, father, and courageous mayor. Before he took the helm at City Hall in New York, he was a Democrat. He then became a Republican and now he considers himself an Independent. He’s a man who’s not afraid of change: as a matter of fact, Michael Bloomberg is committed to change.
He guided the Big Apple through the dark days of the economic crisis
and the threat of terrorism. He is one of the world’s richest men, but
he never distanced himself from people’s problems because he believes
that helping "changes people’s lives for the better”. He accepted the
responsibility of governing one of the most fascinating and multifarious
cities of the planet. And he continues to do so with pride, even now
that his term is coming to an end. He does it his way, presenting
citizens with objectives that he considers indispensable, especially environmental awareness.
